The implementation of complex infrastructure projects calls for technical know-how and prudent project management combined with a high degree of contractual certainty. That's why GAUFF GmbH & Co. Engineering KG has been committed to assisting its customers and business partners throughout each phase of a large-scale project – from development to financing, right through to implementation and hand-over. Our concept goes far beyond the scope of traditional engineering services and includes additional services involving material procurement as well as contract handling and monitoring. We call this kind of integrated project handling and control EPPM (Engineering, Procurement, Project Management).

Together with internationally renowned finance institutes, we co-ordinate the funding of large-scale projects, thus ensuring the best possible certainty for execution. This one-stop strategy allows us to implement projects much faster compared to traditional project channels. The advantages for our customers are obvious: the faster a project can be implemented, the sooner the related benefits (e.g. through the earlier commissioning of water supply), revenues and other economic and social advantages can be harvested.
