Your Challenge:

Leading People! You direct the fate of our branch office, manage the team of our 200 staff members and keep a clear head in every situation. As a skilled civil engineer, to be present in the projects is one of your tasks as well as to maintain the contacts to our clients and bankers. Your professional ability to judge enables you to sustainable push the realisation of our project ideas and to convince and inspire our commercial partners and new clients. 

Your Profile: 

• several years of experience in road and bridge construction or urban water management  
• many year of experience in the field of personnel management and a high degree of inter-cultural sensibility.
• negotiation skills
• English language proficiency (written and spoken)
• readiness to learn the Portuguese language
• tropical fitness
