Our business units are divided into Germany, Europe, the Middle East and Africa. We have also
grouped the African countries into francophone, lusophone and anglophone Africa according to the
national languages. We are also working on special projects worldwide in countries outside
these core regions.
The projects to be worked on range from development plans on our doorstep in Nuremberg to the
largest suspension bridge on the African continent. Therefore, the tasks in our head office are very
diversified and the expertise of each individual is also in demand across all divisions and departments.
Our largest department in Nuremberg is the technical division, which supports our project teams
worldwide with its engineering know-how and provides contributary work to them if needed.
The administrative department completes our headquarters. It includes controlling, financial accounting,
human resources, public relations, IT, as well as the general organization and legal departments -
together they form the commercial back office of the entire GAUFF Group.
Beyond work
Our headquarters are very easy to reach, both by public transport and by car, thanks to its central location.
From here you can quickly reach the city center, the Dutzendteich, the Nuremberg Reichswald and the main
railway station. In the adjacent Zerzabelshof district, you will also find all the shopping options for daily
needs within walking distance, as well as a selection of snack bars and restaurants.
The company premises themselves also include a social room and a garden with a pond, which invite you
to relax during your lunch break. In addition, we offer our external employees the opportunity to use one of
our company's own apartments on a transitional basis.
With our in-house language classes, we offer language-interested employees the opportunity to develop
their skills for both private and professional use. Sports enthusiasts can go weekly to the company sports with
their colleagues and at the annual company run "b2run" we are looking forward to seeing many colleagues
at the start, under the slogan "I run for GAUFF Engineering".
