Background
Siedlungswerk Nürnberg GmbH currently manages more than 8,000 apartments and is developing a four-hectare residential and commercial quarter on Regensburger Straße to expand its portfolio in the city of Nuremberg. Apartments, shopping facilities, commercial and service businesses as well as a day care center will be built here. For the future approximately 1,200 inhabitants, 381 residential units in 34 scheduled residential buildings are planned. A car park with six storeys has been planned for the cars of residents and visitors.
Project
The planning services encompass the road traffic facilities including their connections / nodes to the surrounding transport network, the waste and rainwater drainage as well as the coordination of the supply to be built in coordination with the media carriers. The disposal of the rainwater of the future public and private traffic areas will be carried out by infiltration.
The services are provided in close coordination with the commissioned architects, landscape architects, building technology planners, energy suppliers and the responsible departments of the city of Nuremberg.
