Step 1: How do I apply to GAUFF Engineering?

Job offers 

In the menu item Job offers you will find an overview of our vacancies, to which
you can apply online. Can't find a suitable job? You are also welcome to send us an
unsolicited application via our application portal.

Step 2: You have found your dream job? Then, get to your keyboard!

Apply online 

The button "Apply now" takes you to our application portal. There you can upload
your application documents quickly and easily. After completion, you will immediately receive
an acknowledgement of receipt by e-mail. We make every effort to devise our selection
process as quickly as possible and to avoid long waiting periods.

Step 3: What's next? 

Interview 

Your documents will first be reviewed by our HR department. If necessary, we will contact
you for a short telephone interview to get an even better picture of you. After a positive first
impression, the respective department receives your application and then selects the desired
candidates in collaboration with the HR department.

We will then invite you to an interview in a timely manner, and we will give you there the
opportunity to get to know us and our company.

Step 4: If it fits, then it fits!

Career with us 

If the chemistry is right and we find out together that we match, you will receive your
written contract after an oral commitment and can start at GAUFF Engineering right away.
With the support of an initial training plan and a mentoring program, we will help you to
find your way around and feel comfortable with us as quickly as possible.
